Our vast architectural engineering capabilities provide support from design/development to construction and administration of your project. With emphasis on design and engineering, we create unique forms that follow function based on superior engineering backed by the industry's strongest warranty, with a large selection of fabric types and colors available, all meeting sun safety organizations' UV protection standards.
Our precise attention to detail makes our shade sails soar. We use a high-density polyethylene material that contains ultraviolet additives and is breathable, mildew-resistant and mold-resistant.
Each panel is precisely cut, carefully sewn and reinforced for durability. The result is true biomimicry: air flows through our shade cloth just as it moves through the leaves of a tree, naturally cooling the environment and reducing ambient temperatures by as much as 20 degrees.
We devote as much attention to our steel framework as we do to the fabric. Each frame is constructed from cold-rolled, galvanized tubular steel and reinforced with a triple layer of protection. This design delivers superior tensile strength and long-lasting corrosion resistance, outperforming most other steels and far exceeding local, state and international building code requirements.
